Can I place an order by phone?
Yes. We accept all phone orders toll-free. Just call 1-888-501-PETS (7387). Our customer service representatives are available to help you everyday. Should you have any questions, just ask-we're happy to assist you!
Can I place a "RUSH" order?
Yes. We offer expedited shipping methods. If you need your product sooner than standard shipping delivery time, just select one of the faster methods of shipping during the checkout process. All costs will automatically be added to your order.
What are my payment options?
We make paying online easy by offering several payment options. You can pay for your order by using either Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or e-Check.
Can you ship to Canadian addresses?
Yes. But the ordering customer is responsible for any and all costs associated with the shipment, including taxes, duty, and brokerage fees.
Returns: We are happy to accept returns for our products, as long as they are received within 30 days from the date of purchase. If your order was over $50 and you received free shipping, our outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Return Authorization: All orders require an RMA number to be returned. To obtain your RMA number, please contact us by email. Your email should include your name, billing address, and order ID. Upon receipt of this information, we will promptly send you an RMA number by email.
