I have since recommended you to several of my friends who also have stubborn dogs. The training is going very well. I had to "stimulate" my dog for the first time a couple of nights ago as he was persistently barking and refused to be quiet. I received my PetSafe wireless fence system and after about 1 week the battery in the collar died. I called PetSafe and they said during the dog training phase it is not uncommon to drain a battery within a week! Isabelle, this is so funny. Albie is eleven months old and suddenly his "come' is NO! My son decided to get the collar and test it on himself to make sure that Albie isn't harmed. I was wondering if you sell just the SportDog SD-400 receiver collar? The 400S model is a bit strong for him and although it works well, I would like to see if there's another option without buying a whole kit. You have provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had online! I know that when I order something from the states that I could be waiting up to a month for it, and that it's completely out of the sellers' control. I've ordered things from the U.K. that came faster than from the U.S! Pretty sad that we're border countries, yet it's like pulling teeth to get anything through customs. And of course we can't forget the duty! I have to tell you, I generally look for sellers from Canada. It takes a pretty good deal or product to make me order from the states : ).
