PetSafe Flitter teaser toy provides interactive fun as it encourages your cats to catch the dragonflies as they flitter in random circles.  Assemble the three parts that make the circle base, snap the center unit into the base and add the dragonfly "arms".  Place it on the floor, flip the switch and let the fun begin.  The unit makes buzzing sounds to let your cat know it's time to play and with two flitter toys attached multiple cats can join the fun.
