Summit Dog Chews are made in the Himalayan countryside using a cheese making recipe that is centuries old. The skim milk of yaks and cows that graze freely in the mountains is used to make a traditional cheese of Nepal-churpi cheese.  The cheese is mixed with salt and lime juice, cured for several weeks then hand cut into individual sticks.  The result is a delicious treat that can last for days depending on your dogs chewing habits. You can even microwave the last little bit at the end for 30-45 seconds (until it puffs up).  Once it cools (3-5 minutes) give the cheese puff back to your dog to enjoy.
